Yaw Yeboah

Yaw Yeboah is a strategic development manager with 18 years of expertise in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process facilitation, covering governance, development management, resource mobilization, and organizational development.

Over the last seven years, his focus has been on partnership support, which includes capacity assessments, strategy development, training, facilitation, and scenario planning. Yaw currently serves as the Lead Partner overseeing operations at Aboronoma Trade & Consulting in Sweden and Ghana. Additionally, he is the Executive Director of Green Stewardship International, an environmental NGO dedicated to ensuring that development activities respect both people and the environment.

His professional background includes roles such as a development research consultant, project coordinator, policy analyst, youth development advocate, and mentor. Passionate about environmental stewardship, Yaw views environmental issues as fundamentally about human dignity and the right to a decent life. He is committed to inclusive development, green transition financing, and locally led interventions that advance sustainability. His key interests include the green economy, sustainable technologies, livelihoods, governance and policy, and gender equality.

Yaw holds an M.Sc. in Rural Development and Natural Resource Management from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (Uppsala) and a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
