Dr. Raj Sethia is an internationally recognized expert in organizational development, leadership training, and innovative learning systems, with more than 20 years of experience working across Europe, North America, the MENA region, East Asia Pacific, and South Asia. He is the Founder and CEO of Meta4 Innovations, where he leads the development of cutting-edge learning solutions focused on green skills, sustainability, European key competencies, and transformative training for multicultural and global teams.
Raj’s career includes extensive work with major international organizations. As an Organizational Development Consultant at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, DC, he led cross-cultural leadership programs and change-management initiatives across multiple regions, training over 1,000 professionals. He was also trusted by institutions such as the IMF and UNICEF to deliver high-level Train-the-Trainer programs, and he contributed to the development of Country Partnership Strategies in several regions.
In Austria, Raj served as International Project Manager at KIST Consult, directing large-scale research, digital learning, and capacity-building programs across Europe. He is also a university lecturer in International Management at Alpen-Adria University, teaching global communication, intercultural management, and project management to international cohorts.
Raj holds a Ph.D., a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). He is a member of the UBIT – Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce and is fluent in English, German, Bengali, Hindi, and conversational French.
