Leehe Skuler

Leehe Skuler is a global impact finance professional with 15 years of experience, focusing on climate finance, climate innovation, and regeneration. She has worked with global organizations, financiers, and innovators across the world. She believes that the private sector can and should be an active agent of global transformation to address the multiple crises the world faces, guided by strategy, empathy, creativity, transparency, and pragmatic optimism.

Leehe is currently the Advisor Head of Impact at the Future of Cities Portugal - Regeneration Fund, where she leads the design and operational implementation of the impact strategy and framework for a catalytic regeneration fund focused on natural and social regeneration. As the Founder and Executive Advisor of Terra Advisory, a role she has held since 2014, she advises funds, ecosystems, and accelerators on impact and business model strategies, aiming to redefine the relationships between finance and society.

Her deep expertise in climate finance includes serving as the M40 Climate Finance Director for Earth Security, where she led the design of a first-of-its-kind Blue Carbon impact fund to support long-term coastal resilience in Indonesia and developed the "Blue Carbon Biodiversity Impact Framework." As the Cofounder and Executive Director of the Global Impact Tech Alliance, she created and led a network of over 2,000 impact-tech VCs, founders, and researchers, heavily focused on climate tech solutions and best practices.

Previously, Leehe was the Strategic Advisor / Head of Impact at New Era Capital Partners, an ESG technology investment fund, where she conducted ESG and impact due diligence on Israeli startups. Before that, she founded and led the Impact Investing and Climate Finance Advisory for Deloitte Economic Consulting Israel/Terra Advisory, creating the foundation for impact and climate investing in Israel. She also has extensive experience in Africa, having served as the Africa Investment Manager for E+Co, structuring clean energy investment transactions for entrepreneurs and project developers across the continent.

Leehe holds a Master of Public Administration in Advanced Policy and Economic Analysis from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is a published author on microfinance and impact investing in Africa.
