Villeman Vinje is a Senior Economist and Partner at NyAnalyse AS. He possesses 25 years of experience in consulting, policy development, and project management across national, regional, industrial, and business levels. The common thread in his work is strategic analysis and the establishment of a knowledge base for major and minor reforms to make the economy and society more sustainable and resilient.
Villeman has extensive expertise in taxation, framework conditions for value creation, industrial policy, business strategy, and innovation. He also specializes in climate and sustainability issues, including the circular economy, as well as public budgets, public sector reform, and political processes. Furthermore, he is an active lecturer on topics such as reform, sustainability and climate, tax, value creation, innovation, and the long-term structure of the welfare state.
In addition to his consultancy work, Villeman has been engaged in the startup scene for the last decade as both an advisor and investor, currently sitting on the ENFA Advisory Board. His professional background includes roles as Head of Secretariat for the Alliance for Norwegian private ownership, Economist at the think tank Civita AS, and Financial Policy Advisor for the Norwegian Parliament. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Business Strategy from BI, and is an Authorized Financial Analyst from NHH.
