Dr. Graham Boyd is an experienced leader in transformation and new business creation, specializing in circular and regenerative businesses, renewable energy, plastics, IT-based organization and HR consulting, FMCG, and research. He is uniquely capable of leading the strategic, commercial, and human aspects of transforming a business to its next phase. Graham is the founder of Evolutesix, a venture builder and incubator for regenerative, circular, net-positive ecosystems. He developed the FairShares Commons incorporation model for regenerative businesses and is the author of The Ergodic Investor and Entrepreneur and Rebuild: the Economy, Leadership, and You.
As a founder and CEO, Graham has a track record of driving impactful results. He led the transformation of a global non-profit into three local for-profit enterprises at operating break-even in eight months. As Managing Director of LTS Global, he created a global HR consultancy that delivered a reduction of wasted spend in corporate Learning and Development from 90% to 30% through a strategic merger of an HR consultancy and a software company. During his time at Procter & Gamble, he was a member of the team that turned the laundry business from a $50 million annual loss to profit in three years through disruptive innovation, and he led the transformation and integration of all EU injection moulding groups. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for ENFA (Euro Nordic Funding Alliance), a global non-profit focusing on impact and regenerative investing.
Graham is a trained physicist, holding an M.Sc. (Distinction) in Theoretical Physics from the University of Cape Town and a Dr. rer. nat. (Outstanding) in Theoretical Physics from the University of Bielefeld. He has lived and worked in seven countries, including the UK, Belgium, Germany, South Africa, Japan, and China.
