Andreas Stefanidis is a highly accomplished professional with a primary focus on the development of Young Entrepreneurship at national, European, and global levels. He has a special interest in the development and implementation of the European Entrepreneurship Training Curriculum and the Academy of Entrepreneurship (AKEP).
Andreas is a Co-founder and President of the Academy of Entrepreneurship (AKEP), a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2007. AKEP is dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurship mindset in Europe through non-formal education programs for private and public organizations. He has served as the Project Director for more than 20 European Projects related to entrepreneurship, open innovation, and non-formal education, including programs like Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs and Open Innovation for SME.
He also serves as the President of the Educational Association of Athens "HFAISTOS" (since 2016), a non-profit association founded in 1935 to provide technical vocational education and training.
His commitment to supporting startups and sustainable business is highlighted by his role as Accelerator Director of Aephoria.net. This organization is a sustainable-business education and incubation program that helps Greek startup companies transform their ideas into businesses with a positive economic, environmental, and social impact towards the Global Sustainable Goals. Aephoria.net is also the host organization for the Bluegrowth initiative in Greece.

He previously held a Visiting Lecturer position at the State University of New York at New Paltz for nearly a decade, teaching Managerial and Cost Accounting courses. His teaching experience also includes roles as a Lecturer at the University of New York Tirana, New York College - Athens, and as an Assistant Lecturer at Athens Tech College.
In the humanitarian sector, he served as a Livelihoods Strategy Consultant for the International Rescue Committee (IRC), helping people recover and gain control of their future after crises.
