TRAIN4COORDINATORS provides professional training and certification standards for youth volunteer coordinators to improve the quality and structure of volunteer programs. The project addresses the need for formalized training in the youth sector. VAEV R&D led the creation of the professional training standards for volunteer coordinators and organized the transnational training events.
