MP4MENTORS focuses on professionalizing the role of volunteer mentors and coordinators through the development of a competency assessment tool and quality training standards. It enhances the quality of youth mentorship across Europe. VAEV R&D developed the online training modules for mentor competency assessment and hosted the training for Austrian mentors.
