BREAKING THE CEILING aims to reduce gender inequality in the workplace by focusing on the development of soft skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership competencies. The project provides a comprehensive training curriculum for professional women. VAEV R&D focused on the development of the "soft skills" and leadership training curriculum and organized the Austrian local workshops.
