The Euro Nordic Funding Alliance will participate in Oslo Innovation Week 2025 as part of the Wennovate Africa–Nordic Dialogue, an event designed to strengthen collaboration between African and Nordic innovation ecosystems.
The event will take place on October 23, 2025 at Startuplab in Oslo, Norway. It is organized by Wennovate Consult in partnership with the Embassy of Ethiopia to the Nordics and Innovation Africa.
The Africa–Nordic Dialogue aims to create stronger connections between entrepreneurs, investors, policy leaders, and innovation organizations working across both regions. The event will focus on building partnerships that support entrepreneurship, sustainability, and digital transformation.
ENFA will be represented by its Secretary General, Niloufar Gharavi. During the event, ENFA will present its work in connecting innovation ecosystems across Europe, Africa, and the Nordic region. The organization’s activities focus on cross border collaboration, strategic project building, and access to blended financing opportunities that support startups, research organizations, and ecosystem builders.
The Africa–Nordic Dialogue is designed to serve as a platform where leaders from both regions can exchange ideas, identify joint opportunities, and build partnerships that support long term innovation and economic development.
With many African startup ecosystems growing rapidly and Nordic countries continuing to lead in sustainability and technology innovation, stronger collaboration between these regions creates new opportunities for investment, knowledge exchange, and joint ventures.
ENFA’s participation reflects its mission to act as a connector between innovation ecosystems. Through its international network, the organization supports cross border partnerships and helps organizations develop collaborative projects that can access European and international funding.
As ENFA continues expanding its work across Europe, Africa, and the Nordics, events such as Oslo Innovation Week provide an important platform for strengthening global cooperation.
