ENFA at the Africa Startup Festival – Nairobi, Kenya

We’re proud to share that thanks to our friends at Antler Kenya and Marie Nielsen, ENFA was actively present at the Africa Startup Festival in Nairobi last Friday, Oct 31st, represented by our Relationship Manager for Kenya, Ms. Stella Opore and supported by our Kenya managing director Clive Wafukho.

This vibrant gathering brought together startups, innovators, and thought leaders from across Africa and beyond — with participants from Nigeria, China, Uganda, and Kenya, spanning sectors like AgriBusiness, Tech, Creative Industries, Data Protection, Product Development, and more.

🤝 ENFA’s engagement in this event reflects our growing collaboration with grassroots innovation ecosystems across Africa. We’re not just observing — we’re building bridges between Nordic/EU financing models and African entrepreneurial energy.

One participant captured the spirit perfectly:

“What stood out to me most is how intentional these innovators are becoming. We’re not just creating startups for the sake of it; we’re solving fundamental challenges that affect our people daily. And with the rise of AI, the potential to scale these solutions beyond borders has never been greater.”

✨ A huge thank you to the Africa Startup Festival organizers, Nnaemeka Clinton and his team, for convening such a powerful ecosystem of changemakers. The connections made were invaluable — and a bold reminder that Africa’s future is golden.
